Project Summary

We are helping redevelop a 19th-century terraced building and its yard into a four-storey office space. The spatial design optimises the deep plan by providing light-wells and internal voids to maximise the sense of light, space and inter-connectivity despite subdivision.

The interior’s light-industrial aesthetic has been developed from the existing character of the building and its rough-and-ready former state as an ad-hoc studio for the internationally renowned street artist Stik, whose work is still intact on the main entrance doors and the top floor.
